Options multifunction for small offices - rarely used (Note: The printer and fax already covered)?
Xerox we have 15 years of age (model # 5614) - because it is not used very often the toner gets all up gunk. the drum is shot and will cost $ 100 to replace. like some options on existing machines.
Get one of fax machines revealed copy (I know, they have covered, but this is the only way to get a cheap photocopier for limited use). Use a Kinko's or Office Max or other places to make a large number of copies if any. Spending a couple in a printer queue is a bad investment is not going to spend a lot of impressions for years. You can put Capitol to better use in advertising or other equipment you really need. A small copy machine able going to do the small stuff that is not in the quantities that make it worthwhile to go to a printer. You can also go in another copier business, a share of between a few different companies in the same proximity, but can cause problems if some use it more than others and do not want to pay according to their use. You could also pay for the copy to a business that has about a machine.
