What causes white marks on nails?
When I was younger, someone told me that lack of calcium caused the white marks that sometimes appear in their nails and small splashes of white paint. I have no idea who told me this and if true at all. Does anyone know what makes these brands?
I know that just an old wives tale, but my grandmother used to say that everyone said was a lie.
