Can I use a toner in my hair without peroxide?
Just wondering if I can use a toner in my hair blonde without development solution (peroxide). Since my hair is so light and very pourous, I know the peroxide only helps open the cuticle, and mine already open. I use a violet base to counterbalance the roots yellowish copper. Thanks for any help.
actually, if you do not use toner developer will not take to your hair. that requires both sides to work. although his hair is already damaged and porous color the first time .. both both go together and not work without ecahother. Another option is to use a purple shampoo .. If you do not have one already .. get one! it makes a much bigger difference that a toner cartridge, only takes atleast a week or two to see results but worth it =]
