How can I find a small office in the Scottsdale Airpark area?
I am having difficulty finding office space in the Air Park area. Any of the agents did not return the calls, there is no smaller space, or is an executive suite which I know is not interested there are a lot of offices, but I'm not sure how to find the right one. I'm looking for an office of 500 to 750 square feet Any suggestions?
The best way of course is "unity" of the area. That way you can physically see what you are getting. But suppose you've done. Agents do not return phone calls? Maybe this is not a good time of year what with the holidays and all. I suggest just being patient, or better still, contact with some Local tenants and inform them of their ambitions. It could offer some great ideas.
