All major types of audio codecs are compatible with Blu-ray BD including eight channels audio (one tablet). Audio codecs supported by the BluRay disc format including Dolby Digital (DD), DTS Digital Surround, DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby TrueHD, high Resolution Audio, Dolby Digital Plus (DD +) and LPCM (Linear PCM).
