Is Bush's "surge" again?
Does anyone know if the surge, Bush said he would do more? And if it is ... You know if you go to rotate our troops go to Iraq troops may otherwise go in.. or are bringing them (the troops used to increase) at home? PS: This is not should be an "OPSEC" (classified) question .. I'm just asking if some of our troops are coming home or not, if the increase is greater. Nah .. Actually Yes it is. They have been reducing the number of troops in Iraq for a couple of months and was a resounding success. Why do you think that Obama suddenly softened his stance in Iraq? Because Bush proved to be right on the surge.
