laser printer will not print some areas of the page?
My Panasonic FX-FLB756 had a problem in printing: when printing, leaving a strip of 1.5 on a scale from top to bottom without printing. I changed the toner 2-3 times, but never changed the drum. According to Panasonic, the drum has a life expectancy of 6,000 pages, but mine is less than 2,000 pages. Please help me identify the problem. Thank you!
You did not say whether this was when you copy, fax or computer printing. If the scan could be remnants of the scanner lock. If faxing, same as above. If printing, could be the margin settings, waste (paper, toner, etc) blocking laser scanning drum. It could be something stuck in or drum cartridge toner toner maintenance of laying. Hard to say without seeing more. Best of luck.
