Has there ever been a day where you are thinking to yourself how much you are behind in work before you even get there? One of those days where you need everything to run as smooth as it can without running into a single problem. Well last week I had one of those busy days. That morning I was hoping everything would just go according to plan for my big sales presentation, but as soon as I got into work it all started. That day, Aug 12th, the copier died.
My first task on the agenda was copying some files that I needed to pass out for my sales presentation at 2pm today. Everything today was about getting ready for the big presentation. As soon I got into the office I started with making sure that all of the printed materials got done so I would not forget. If I did not have these documents my presentation would be a miserable failure. I walked over to the copier, put the paper into the tray, waited for a second..another second.. Nothing happened. I tried the same everyday copier instructions again. All I got was an error message time after time. I thought to myself, "This can't be happening to me today."
Upon giving up, I did a quick Google search for a copier repair shop in the Orlando area. I found Business Technology Partners. I read that they did on-site repairs so I made the call for help and on the other end there was a very friendly and helpful voice. The lady at Business Technology Partners told me to not freak because she had an appointment open just before my presentation. I thought to myself, "I must be the luckiest person or this must be the best customer service I have ever had", as I continued with finishing my other tasks.
It was 12pm, right on the dot, and Business Technology Partners arrived on-site. They were not only able to fix my broken down copier but also within a timely fashion. Within 30 minutes the copier was back to functioning, just how it was before, and I was able to copy the documents I needed. Thanks to Business Technology Partners and their outstanding service I was able to make it to my appointment on time.
