Help .... Unable to open the printer properties?
Hello, Do you have a small problem, I'm running Win XP Home SP2 with IE printer 70 can either of my 2 printers Canon I960 & a Lexmark Optra but can not open the properties dialog box of the printer? ?
The problem you are experiencing seems to be with the printer drivers or can be damaged due to improper installation of drivers. Therefore, I suggest you completely uninstall the drivers printer and reinstall the printer drivers. If you are using Windows XP operating system, please follow the instructions to uninstall the printer drivers. 1. Click Start, click Control Panel. 2. Click Add / Remove Programs. 3. Select the printer from the Currently installed programs list. 4. Click the Change button and Remove and proceed with the uninstall window. 5. Restart the computer. Now visit the website right printer to download and install drivers for your printer equipped. The information I have provided should answer your question.
