Using a roll laminator to mount documents to foam core, Sintra or gator boards is really not that difficult. However, with all the different options available for the assembly is easy to get lost and not know where to start. This article is designed to help you understand the basics of Documents roll laminator assembly with (either hot or cold).
The first thing you do when preparing to mount documents with your roll laminator is to ensure which has a rolling mill that can do the assembly. Most schools in low-end mills are not able to handle mounting boards. This is one of the easiest methods for mounting, but can be a little difficult. With this method if the stresses of upper and lower films do not match, you may stop curling in the finished product. It is also important to choose two films with similar melting temperatures to avoid problems with the production of laminates.
After your board well coated or covered with printing ready to complete the assembly process. At this point all you need do is to peel an inch of the protective layer on top of your document and paste your article printed on the board or the board to the printed item. Then the assembly site, place the item in the rolling mill roll at low temperature (even better in the cold of 100 degrees Fahrenheit). Make sure you are carrying a protective layer that the subject is fed into the machine. The mill will smooth printing and the protective layer slowly away from this paper as the print media is fed through the machine. Your Board is going to be mounted on the back of the mill and was left with the layer protective in their hands. Then all you have to do is cut the board and you're done.
