Hoverstep-Up
Use a pretty box weighed approximately 25cm in height. Stand at the top of the left foot over the edge, keeping a slight bend in the left leg. Move the right foot not to be left hanging above the ground. Bring your body forward so your body weight is suspended just above the left ankle. Slowly lower body with your left leg until your right foot is three to five inches of soil. Hold for 10 seconds (and more periods of time later), then return to its original position. Alternate feet. Do not stretch your legs because you want your glutes and quads to stay engaged at all times.
