How do I import a mailing list file in Excel and print labels?

You need to do an MS Word Mail Merge. Use the Mail Merge Wizard to their labels and basically just follow the instructions. When asks for your data file, go to the spreadsheet. There are six steps. Start by using Tools / Letters and Mailings / Mail Merge Select Labels on the side right of your screen. Click NEXT - Starting document Click Label Options to select the label size and type of Click NEXT - Browse to select recipients of your worksheet Click NEXT - Arrange your labels. insert it into the appropriate fields in the envelope and complete the merge. You can also import the spreadsheet in a database in Access. Once you've imported the data, use the reports function to print your labels. Reports, New Label Wizard.
