What is the best software program to monitor employee work time / attendance on site?
Does anyone know of a good software program that an employee can walk to the reception, clock in electronic form on a computer that already have no need of letters or cards? And then do the same with the clock at the end of the day? Then, an administrator who need to access the program on another networked computer at the end of the day to see a report on how many hours each employee worked? Anybody know of a program like this or a place to find one? Thank you!
I am a computer programmer, but I have a better idea. Give each one of its employees of their objectives for the week, then have to submit a status report at the end of the week. Not being a Nazi Clock. They hate you for it. A good employee is allowed to enter at 10 for the appointment of a doctor and leave at 5 to get as much work as other employees who arrived at 8.
