Help to complete an evaluation of job performance?

Can anyone suggest some good things for me to write in the evaluation my works??? I work in an office and my main job is to complete all payroll and general administrative rights and I have an evaluation on Monday - can anyone suggest some good key responses to impress my boss that I'm really happy with my position and do not want to go, but I want to come through so much interest???

You want to emphasize how their work is always precise, it understands the importance of their role, enjoy being a team member. You can talk about their confidence levels in terms of doing their job and doing it well. Emphasize how happy he is in his current position and at this point in time that are willing to stay on paper, but perhaps the possibility to further improve in the future, but currently very content. The stress of their reliability and whether you are a "flexible" employee who is willing to adjust working patterns to rescue short-term out (if ever needed). If you have added responsibilities such as training / Supervision of new staff members or have changed or improved systems, etc. You also have a good proportion of work life that you feel is most / Beneffited by your employer (it never hurts to play the one terrrific employers' card), and if you really feel they are terrible, it does not hurt to tell that. Consider registration of patients, whether it is good make sure it is recognized that it is wrong and you think it is almost certainly going to be mentioned, get in first or be willing to proper reasons. Remember that evaluation is a two way street, you have questions, do not be afraid to say if something is not right, but is a positive expression rather than just one whine or squeal, have an alternative to be considered (though this is unlikely to be adopted, it shows you have thought about it). Appraisers make tired of hearing the sound of his voice (really do), and avoid just to answer yes or no 's do not know. The good thing is that it is receiving in same, obviously prepared to have an assessment, show your employer also has a list of file / folder / with you if necessary or have any pre-ready the necessary paperwork. Oh, and remember the reviews are supposed to help establish goals and objectives to achieve over the next 12 months should be agreed jointly achievable and realistic, there should be an opportunity for only emphasize the negative aspects of their work. However, I suspect you will be fine! Good luck on Monday.
