I have a shredder cruise IDEAL 2400 and need help using it. it doesn't allow me shree role.?
i dont have the container and when tunr on come to light until one red and one green
... There are a couple of things here. you may only need to oil the shredder. All shredders needed to be oiled ... about 1 every 2 weeks or so depending on the amount of fragmentation they are doing. It could also have a problem with the sensor as do not have the container. If this is the case, you may be able to record something on the sensor so that the crusher thinks the door and the cabinet are there.
