The lamination is the best way to keep your documents protected and preventing possible damage to the folds, wrinkles, deformations, tearing and spills. Sometimes some people using laminated documents will have to write in their paper, but the fact that most rolling bags available have a glossy finish that find it difficult to write in your documents laminated. However, there is a great solution for this problem and it is to use laminating pouches that have a matte finish to them to you can write to them with a pencil or a marker. This is an ideal solution for many situations where you have documents to present, and might need to target some notes here and there.

If you have your own laminator I would suggest that you take the matte / gloss combination of bags, because unless you need both sides of your paper for the professional look that gives you the glossy finish is much more worthwhile to have a document that offers the best of both worlds. Do not underestimate having the ability to mark their documents and take notes while in their meetings or presentations, which could mean the difference between remembering and forgetting something that could give you the edge on what you is trying to achieve.
