Toronto, ON - GAO Tek Inc. has releases a new GAO ARM 9200 Development Board. GAO ARM 9200 Development Board is based on Atmel AT91RM9200 ARM processor, and embedded ARM920T core. Users have the freedom to develop the joint with their own applications.
GAO ARM 9200 SPECIFICATIONS DEVELOPMENT BOARD:

• CPU: Atmel AT91RM9200, Nucleus ARM920T, 200MHz main frequency, speed of 220 MIPS, industrial level
• SDRAM: 64 MB
• Ethernet: 10/100Mbps auto-sensing Ethernet interface
• USB Host: USB 2.0 compatible
• UART: supports asynchronous serial communication, 3 D type RS232C
• RS485: supports RS485 communication
• CAN: supports CAN2.0a / b, SPI bus
• RTC: provides real-time clock
• Key board: supports 4x4, 8x8 matrix keyboard
• Display: LCD supports 240x128 resolution
Software
• Manager Boot and source code
• U-BOOT supports Ethernet download, provides the source code of U-BOOT
• Linux kernel: Linux Kernel 2.4.19
• Busybox: Busybox 1.00, provides the basic Linux commands and source codes
