He's my brother aloud to the videotape when I will not be burned?
My brother is always trying to get dirt on me by my record video with your camera. I've heard that by law you can not videotape someone if they do not want to be recorded. Is it true? If so, why cameras record shops you? and the police during an interrogation? I live in Florida.
There are laws against video recording someone without their permission and using the tape for personal gain. Cameras and video store police do not fall into that category. His brother you recording? That is a problem that you and your parents have to work out.
