I can see your point, but consider all the other answers and the number plate with disabilities have the number of seats parking. I have a friend who has a plaque and the number of times we have been together and has not been able to use the disabled bay ed because a person with disability not been parked on it. We also believe that the person with disabilities who can not deal the cards without any reason. Please check in what is the requirements for one.
