The redesign of the automotive industry to reduce the total carbon footprint of a product life cycle of the cars?
I learned a designer Car racing has dedicated his life to re-desiging the car Scatch and defying all pre-conceived conventions that we have on the automotive industry to reduce the total INpact automobile as we know it>> does anyone know more about this designer like? The show was on NPR (KQED local affiliate) last week.
It is an excellent idea. The independent companies and individuals often can create more innovative and efficient cars like the ones you mention. But we really need the big manufacturers to get more involved. There are many designers out there today. The Tesla Roadster is a pretty good I hear. Or do SIOME engines Corbin interesting electric cars now.
