Designate a drawer Electronics

Does your home office have several cables and plugs and artifacts scattered on the be on shelves in the bottom of the boxes, and at the bottom of a drawer? Finding random USB cable that you think * * came with your digital camera, but not is really sure ... Hmmmm.

Solve this chaos by designating a place for all cables. Go to any Wal-Mart's cube section plastic and buy a $ 15 3-drawer plastic table in the chest. You can also buy a package label file folder. Coming home and finding treasure for all random strings, they gather around you and sit in the living room floor and organized.

1st: Seal of the drawers something like this ...

- USB cables and miscellaneous accessories
- The old cell phones and chargers
- A / V cables, Printer and Monitor Cables

2nd: string Label

- Enter the name of the cable on a label file folder, and then use it to label cord cord.
- Use rubber bands or bread bag ties to keep growing out of control.

In fact, even label all cables connected to multiple outlets. You finally have to disconnect one of them, so it is not intelligent to know that you are pulling? Yes!

3 No: They are placed in their designated boxes, appropriately labeled and in the last and most important of this project .....

Tell your family! Announce the new system! Soon come to appreciate that point and no more frustration to find strings.

Computer Gadgets worth punishment

There are just some things in my home office I can not live without it. I recommend these simple and inexpensive items for its computation time is streamlined.

I buy as much of my stuff online at the Newegg electronics store as possible, but also look at the removal of tables in my local stores. I use a laptop, a support Laptop recover desktop space and I keep my notepads and post-its on my laptop. I use the stand ALLSOP Office Max.

Also I have only 3 USB ports on my laptop, but about 8 items in USB to connect So a USB hub is vital to keep me running efficiently. Kikkerland Hub Man is impressive and entertaining. I LOVE IT.

I use a variety of color codes for USB Flash drives. These are very cheap and get better / bigger all the time.

A second monitor keeps my email on a screen and my active project in the other. A configuration very efficient, but not necessarily a cheap addition.

New vs. Old

This is an important issue, Have you seen the price of computers? They are incredibly low! Buying a new computer is not such a bad idea. But it's a hassle to buy a new one. All that time to transfer files, install software, the expense of buying the software they already have in your old computer, and the list goes on.

Instead of buying a new computer, I am will update this week I have. With one easy click in the crucial System Scanner takes the guesswork out of improving your memory. (Incidentally, Crucial memory company started in Boise, Idaho.)

Will it cost me $ 58 to double my RAM, speed up my window and delay the loading of web pages. That's a lot cheaper than $ 800 (+ VAT and setup time) for a team new. When memory sticks arrive, you get a set of instructions on how to install. (Refers to the removal of a side panel on a PC and a bottom panel laptop. Mostly harmless. I've done it several times and have survived it.) * Smile * I'm serious!
