I had some loose toner on the drum. This seemed to be the ideal way to clean it. Unfortunately, the cleaning sheet jammed in the drum area and required major disassembly as it could not easily be pulled out because of the sticky surface. $11.00+ wasted in addition to more than an hour of my labor to remedy the problem it caused. Fortunately I have the knowledge and capability to repair my equipment. BEWARE!!!!!

this product did not work for me, I tried it in my samsung and ricoh laser printers, both ended up getting paper jams that were like hell to fix.

This did not clean the heads on my laser printer as advertised. In fact, it made things worse. Now instead of having a few black specks on a white sheet, I have lots of them, which makes presentation impossible.

I purchased this product to clean the rollers on my printer. I love a product that actually does what it is supposed to do!

These cleaning sheets didn’t work well for me. They misfed and ended up leaving more toner on the drum than was there before. I’ve used the wet cleaning sheets before with good results, but thought that I’d try these based on price. Not recommended based on my experience.
